Providing Financial Relief for Families in Need

While many Americans are receiving stimulus checks to alleviate their current situation, the reality is that many people are not able to receive the financial help they need. To provide direct help to the vulnerable members of the Korean community, KAAGNY has joined forces with the 21 Hope Foundation, pledging to jointly launch a campaign to provide $500 to families that are not able to receive sufficient assistance from the government.

The project was initiated with a $100,000 pledge from 21 Hope Foundation (with more funds to follow.) With donations from the YT Hwang Foundation KAAGNY has contributed $5,000 to this effort, and Consul General Won Sam Chang made a personal donation of $1,000.
